Norwood Grand Virtual Tour

360° View Of The Norwood Grand Showflat Units

Three tours are available on this page: the Norwood Grand show gallery, and each of the two show units, the 2 Bedroom + Study and the 4 Bedroom Premium + Study.

The tours are worth more than a single spin if you know what to look at. The fit-out you can see in them is the same brand set that runs through every unit type at Norwood Grand: Bosch cooker hood, hob, built-in oven and washer cum dryer, a Samsung free-standing fridge, a Franke sink, Geberit sanitary wares and Hansgrohe mixers, a compressed quartz countertop, and a Prism+ ceiling fan in the living area. Living and dining areas run to a 2.70m ceiling and the balcony to 2.83m, so the sense of height in the tours is the height you will get.

Click around to explore the spaces. Room dimensions and every layout in the development are on the Norwood Grand floor plans page, and you can walk these same two units in person through the showflat appointment page.

Norwood Grand Virtual Tour (Type B2S) 2 Bedroom + Study Type B2S 710 sqft
Norwood Grand Virtual Tour (Type D2PS) 4 Bedroom Premium + Study Type D2PS 1,313 sqft

2 Bedroom + Study, Type B2S, 710 sqft. This is the only layout in its unit type, so what the tour shows is the whole of the 2 Bedroom + Study offering at Norwood Grand. It runs 43 units across stacks 01 and 08 in Block 2 and stack 09 in Block 6 facing north, and stack 20 in Block 8 facing south. Two bathrooms, no separate WC. The study is an open area between the bathrooms and the living and dining space rather than an enclosed room, and it already has air-conditioning provision run to it, which is what makes enclosing it later straightforward. The kitchen is L-shaped, the master bath has a window, and the plan is drawn for cross ventilation.

4 Bedroom Premium + Study, Type D2PS, 1,313 sqft. This unit type runs two layouts and only this one is built, so the tour covers 54 of the 76 homes in the type; the other 22 are Type D3PS at 1,335 sqft, a corner plan that trades a larger fourth bedroom for a larger private foyer. D2PS runs stacks 02, 07 and 10 facing north and stacks 19 and 30 facing south, reaching all four blocks. Two bathrooms plus a separate utility WC, a Household Shelter with an adjoining yard, a private foyer, an eight-seater dining area, a wet and dry kitchenette, and a master bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and balcony. The study here is a proper room with a window.

One specification difference is visible between the two tours, and it is easier to see than to read. The 2 Bedroom + Study runs on an induction hob with an electric water heater and no town gas supply. The 4 Bedroom Premium + Study runs on a gas hob with a gas water heater and town gas to the unit. That split covers the whole development and it does not follow size: the 904 sqft 3 Bedroom + Study is all-electric while the smaller 872 sqft 3 Bedroom Deluxe is on gas. If the cooking fuel matters to you, check the layout code rather than the bedroom count.

What these tours do not show. Two of the twelve layouts are built, so ten are not, and some of the differences are real rather than cosmetic. There is no tour of the 1 Bedroom + Study at 495 sqft, none of any three-bedroom layout, and none of a ground-floor unit, where the balcony is replaced by a Private Enclosed Space. Worth knowing if you are looking at a 3 Bedroom Deluxe in particular: its study is an open alcove at a 2.40m ceiling with no air conditioning, unlike the air-conditioned 2.70m study you see in the 2 Bedroom + Study tour. Every layout is drawn on the Norwood Grand floor plans page, and stack-by-stack view orientation is in our Buyer’s Guide to Norwood Grand.

See the Show Units in Person

A 360 tour is good at layout and fit-out and poor at scale. Standing in the 710 sqft 2 Bedroom + Study tells you in about ten seconds whether the open study works as a dining extension or wants to be enclosed, and the 2.70m ceiling and the 2.83m balcony read as height rather than as numbers. The materials are the other half: the quartz countertop, the Geberit sanitary wares and the Hansgrohe shower sets are hard to judge on a screen and immediate in the room.

The tour also cannot answer the question most buyers actually arrive with, which is not what a unit looks like but which unit to take. Each tour is one layout in one fixed position, and it says nothing about what a particular stack faces, what sits above and below it, or how a home reads on Level 3 against Level 11. Those are settled by the stacking chart, the site plan and the sales team together. Because the Norwood Grand showflat sits on site at 2 Champions Way rather than at an off-site gallery, a visit also lets you see the grounds, how the four blocks sit against one another and the walk to Woodlands South MRT for yourself. Viewing is daily from 10am to 7pm by appointment. Come with a stack or a unit number in mind, or a shortlist of two or three, and the conversation starts a long way further along.
